For our EMEA Retail Support Team , we are looking as of now for a responsible person providing retail support for the regions Germany, Austria and Nordics.

Your Tasks

  • Operational responsibility for IT service escalations of 1st and 2nd level teams

  • 1st-level support (until transition to regional service desk model) and 2nd/3rdlevel support for local retail solutions

  • Monitoring of data feeds ensuring successful and timely data exchange between stores and headquarter platforms

  • Supporting the rollout of new stores by using external resources and / or directly as applicable

  • IT procurement management for the retail trade as well as ensuring (retail) infrastructure and asset management

  • Responsibility for IT operations in the retail sector in compliance with the requirements of the SOX / PCI / ICD Audit

  • Support for the introduction of ITSM tools and processes for the retail trade (standardization throughout the region

  • Accompanying the transition to a regional service desk model for the retail trade ensuring local needs and requirements

  • Close cooperation with global teams and peers within the IT organization and collaborate on projects as needed

Your Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics/computer science or equivalent experience

  • At least 5 years professional experience in IT service management

  • ITIL Service Management Certification (Foundation Level)

  • Good understanding of the retail trade in the luxury/beauty prestige market

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; ability to make decisions with limited information

  • Strong customer and service focus

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Ability to travel
